Here’s to a happy, healthy 2018! If you’ve resolved to get in better shape this year, I highly recommend the Bodyrock Elevate series. Don’t be fooled by the length of the workouts: they’re 12 minutes long but your body will be destroyed afterwards. I’m looking to get stronger as the temps are sub-zero, and these videos are my favorite way to do work in my own house. To curb my own lazy tendencies, I’m cueing up the video, the timer, and my workout clothes the night before. By reducing that resistance, I’m more likely to get the job done.
